My name is Eric Wilden, and I would love to work with you to help you reach your fitness goals in a mindful way. I am a USA Track & Field certified coach, experienced marathoner (3:21:29 PR), and have been teaching mindfulness meditation for more than 10 years. I coach runners around the Philadelphia region.
If you work with me, I will create a custom Dharma Running training plan for you that integrates mindfulness practice, focus on form, endurance training, and speed work to help you achieve your running goals, from simply getting out on the road or trails to completing your first long distance race or setting a new personal record. Both online/phone and in-person training plans are available – I want to make your training convenient for you.
